HOW WE WORK

How a project actually runs

Four steps. No hand-waving. We map what you have, agree on what to build, ship it, and stay on to keep it running.

01
Discovery

We map your current workflows, identify the bottlenecks, and agree on what to tackle first.

02
Strategy

We scope the build, define the tools and integrations, and set a clear timeline before any work begins.

03
Execute

We build the pipelines, dashboards, and automations. You get progress updates, not status theatre.

04
Launch

Your systems go live. We train your team, document everything, and stay available as things evolve.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. A single automation or dashboard is typically 1–3 weeks. A full workflow overhaul or data infrastructure build runs 4–8 weeks. We scope everything before starting so there are no surprises.

What's your payment structure?

We work with a 50% deposit to start and 50% on delivery. For larger engagements we use milestone-based invoicing. We'll lay this out clearly in the proposal before you commit to anything.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We're based in Montreal and work with clients across Canada and the United States. All collaboration happens remotely — calls, shared docs, async updates. Time zones have not been a problem.

What makes Castle Strategies different?

We build operational systems, not deliverables. When an engagement ends, you have running infrastructure — automations, dashboards, data pipelines — not a PDF report and a handshake. We also keep things self-hosted where possible, so you own what we build.
